I, meaning the parent or guardian of the Miss Toombs-Montgomery County Pageant Contestant, understand that Kerri Samples, STC, or anyone associated with the pageant are not responsible for property damage, lost items, or personal injury that may occur to the contestant, myself, or anyoe in our entourage atending the pageant. I also understand that the judges decisions are final and will not be disputed. I certify that I understand all the Miss Toombs-Montgomery County rules and wll conduct good sportsmanship. I understand that there are NO REFUNDS, unless the pageant is cancelled. I also understand that if there is not 2 or more contestants in a division, divisions may be combined at the discression of the director. I also understand that no information will be given out prior to the pageant on any contestants, nor the number of contestants in the pageant.

The Pageant Committee will not be responsible for errors or accidental injuries which occur during pageant rehearsal during the pageant, or to and from rehearsal and pageant. I agree to cooperate with the Pageant Committee as a contestant in the 2010 Miss Toombs-Montgomery County Scholarship Pageant, complying with all the rules and regulations, attending all requested meetings and rehearsals, and if crowned, to perform to the best of my ability as 2010 Miss Toombs-Montgomery County. I also understand that my scholarship will be awarded at the end of my reign as 2010 Miss Toombs-Montgomery County. I also understand that I may be disqualified at any time before, during, or after the pageant, if I or anyone in my entorage displays sign of unsportsmanlike conduct.
